Bread - 2lb Loaf

My bread recipe for a 2 pound loaf

1 1/2 tsp. quick rise or bread machine yeast
4 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp Powdered milk
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups water + 1 tbsp

That is the basic white bread

Onion/cheese ... I add 2 heaping Tbsp each onion powder and powdered
cheddar cheese

Herb bread..... Add 1Tbsp each rosemary, thyme and basil

Herb/cheese..... Add 2 or 3 heaping Tbsp powdered cheese to the Herb

Olive..... Omit the salt in the basic white bread recipe and add 1/2 cup
each of finely chopped ripe olives and green olives with pimento
