A good example is the meal I cooked for our supper tonight:
Lean ground hamburger, browned;
Add, onions, garlic, small chili pepper;
Add long grain rice;
Add chicken stock, soy sauce, carrots, celery, s & p;
Cook for 15 minutes or so;
Add chopped mixed peppers, peas for a few minutes;
For the last 2 minutes or so add a few snap peas.
Taste and serve.
So many variations on this, depending on taste and what's in the fridge!
