Isn't bean season great? We've had beans for supper just about every night for the past 2-3 weeks. The rattlesnake pole beans are especially prolific, seems the more I pick, the more they produce. I have never tried to grow cauliflower…I attempted broccoli once but the cabbage worms were a bit too much. Actually, I'm growing dino kale this year and have it in a tulle lined wooden cage. It's worked out well so far…I just harvest the outer leaves.
